At Mind Ripple, each product is created with care to support you on your journey.
Physical Products (Printed Companion)
As each book is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
To help us assist you, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
